Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small onion, grated
strawberry preserves, chilled
cayenne pepper
black pepper

Preparation

Spray ring mold with vegetable spray.
Mix all ingredients and place in ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Remove on serving plate. Fill center with preserves.
Serve with crackers.
