Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
    2 c. carrots, cut up
    2 c. celery, cut up
    2 c. potatoes, cut up
    1 to 2 c. cabbage, cut up
    1 large onion, cut up
    1 small can V-8 juice
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in water and salt until almost tender; drain off most of water. Add V-8 juice and soup. Add hamburger; salt to taste and simmer.
