Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    6 oranges, diced
    10 to 12 chopped marshmallows
    1 pt. whipping cream
    maraschino cherries
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Make paste of flour and part of juice.
    Add rest of juice, sugar, butter and salt.
    Cook 10 minutes in top of double boiler. Add lemon juice.
    Cool.
    Add whipped cream and fruit.
    Freeze.
