Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 small jar pimento
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients.
    Mix together sugar, vinegar and oil.
    Pour over salad.
    Store in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours before serving, mixing occasionally.
