Ciacci Di Ricotta(Ricotta Griddle Cakes) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cake compressed yeast
2 1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. lard or oil
Preparation

Dissolve the yeast in 3 tablespoons of the milk.
Put the Ricotta in a bowl and gradually add the remaining milk, stirring constantly.
Stir in enough flour to give a smooth paste.
Mix in the yeast and salt to taste.
