Saute Of Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops
1 stick butter
3/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
Preparation

Saute scallops in butter with wine.
Add garlic powder and salt.
Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms when scallops are half done.
Stir in tomato just before serving.
Serve with rice (wild rice is best).
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with lemon.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
