Garlic Pasta Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/4 c. canned no salt added chicken broth (undiluted)
    2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/3 c. cooked spaghetti, cooked without salt or fat
    2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives
    16 arugula leaves
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a glass bowl; microwave at High 1 minute.
    Add spaghetti and olives; toss well.
    Divide evenly among arugula-lined plates.
    Yield:
    4 appetizer servings (35 calories per serving).
