Cabbage Rolls With Kraut And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 cabbage leaves
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 to 1 lb. sausage meat (bulk)
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    2 c. (1 lb. can) sauerkraut
    1 smoked pork hock
    paprika
    sour cream
Preparation
    Cook cabbage leaves in small amount of boiling, salted water for 3 to 4 minutes; drain and dry on paper towels.
