Ham And Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped ham
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Grease and flour 12 medium muffin cups.
    Beat milk, oil and egg slightly in large bowl.
    Stir in remaining ingredients with fork just until moistened.
    Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm. Good for breakfast with scrambled eggs.
