Crabmeat Margueritte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
    2 eggs, boiled
    2 ribs celery
    4 to 5 small green onions
    1/2 bottle capers, or to taste
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    Italian dressing to taste
    salt to taste
    Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    To the crabmeat, add the eggs, celery and green onions (chopped very fine).
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Have the crabmeat only moist enough to be served on Melba toast rounds. Best when made a bit \"spicy.\"
