Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburger
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can Mexican or Spanish style rice
    1 can refried beans
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. taco cheese chips
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion.
    Pour off excess grease and place mixture in baking dish.
    Add sauce, rice, beans, 1 1/4 cups cheese and chips (save enough chips to sprinkle on top).
    Mix well. Cover with remaining cheese and chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
