Chocolate Delight Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
finely chopped nuts
cocoa
grated chocolate

Preparation

Heat chocolate in large microwave bowl at High speed for 2 minutes.
Stir until completely melted.
Beat in cream cheese and vanilla.
Cool to room temperature.
Gently stir in Cool Whip and refrigerate one hour.
Shape into balls about 1-inch size and gently roll in nuts, coconut or chocolate.
Store in covered dish in refrigerator.
