Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
4 large eggs, beaten until foamy
Preparation

Stir together flour, salt and sugar.
Add sour cream, cottage cheese and eggs; gently beat, just until flour mixture is moistened.
Drop by 1/4 cup well apart onto a hot, oiled griddle. Cook until bubbles break, turn and brown other side.
Serve with maple syrup.
