Taco Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1-1 oz. pkg. Taco seasoning mix
    shredded cheese
    sliced olives
    water
    Taco shells or flour tortillas
    shredded lettuce
    salsa
    sliced green onions
    sour cream or yogurt
Preparation
    In skillet, cook and stir ground meat over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until it is no longer pink, breaking it into small pieces.
    Add taco mix and amount of water as directed on pkg. Continue cooking according to pkg. directions.
    Remove skillet from heat.
    Stir in one cup of salsa.
    Place all ingredients in small containers on a table and allow guests to make their own taco.
    Makes 8 servings.
