Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut shortening and cheese into flour.
    Add milk.
    Mix until forms ball. Knead on floured surface about 20 times.
    Roll into 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
