Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. hash brown potatoes, thawed
5 eggs, beaten with 1/4 c. milk
1 lb. cooked sausage, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Spread pan with crescent rolls (push up on sides of pan). Sprinkle cooked sausage over rolls, then Cheddar cheese.
Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Pour over cheese. Add hash brown potatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
