Lima Bean And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. dried lima beans
    1/2 small onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fat
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook beans and one very small onion in boiling water until tender.
    Melt fat; add flour.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook until thick.
    Add 1/4 cup cheese; cook until melted.
    Add mustard.
    Arrange eggs and beans in alternate layers using 8-inch casserole and cover with sauce.
    Top with crumbs mixed with rest of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
