France'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boiled, deboned chicken
    1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 sticks butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Blend in flour, soup and milk.
    Add mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook wild rice according to directions on box.
    Layer rice, chicken, sauce and cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 in oven.
