Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium-to-large can (in water, not oil!) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 (4 oz.) jars chilies, drained and chopped (may be omitted, but they provide just the right amount of \"bite\")
5 to 6 green onions or shallots, chopped/minced
Preparation

Mix together in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve warm as a dip with Tostitos or other corn chips.
