Chili Rellenos Appetizer(Terrific!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices buttered white bread
3 c. grated cheese (2 c. Jack, 1 c. Cheddar)
1 large can Ortega chili peppers (whole or diced)
3 eggs, beaten with 3 Tbsp. flour
3 tsp. milk
Preparation

Place bread, buttered side down, in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex; place chili peppers over bread.
Cover with cheese mix.
Beat eggs, milk and flour.
Dribble egg mix over bread, chili and cheese layers. Bake approximately 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
