Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can red beets
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 or more hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Drain juice from beets and add enough water to make one cup. Put beet juice, vinegar, brown sugar and salt in pan and bring to a boil.
Pour over beets and cool.
Put in refrigerator overnight. Add your hard-boiled eggs and let it stand overnight again.
