Meatballs To Nibble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. vinegar
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. water
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Shape into small balls.
    Fry in hot oil until brown.
    Remove from pan and pour off excess fat.
    Add garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Thicken with cornstarch, mixed with water.
    Cook until liquid thickens and gets clear.
    Makes about 100 meat balls.
