Green Pepper Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. flank steak, cut into 2-inch thin slices
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. wine
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    8 or 10 medium size mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 medium onion, cut
    1 1/2 green peppers, cut
    3/4 c. soup stock
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together 1 tablespoon soy sauce, wine, 1 tablespoon peanut oil and cornstarch.
    Marinate steak in this marinade for 1/2 to 2 hours.
