Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. squash, sliced thin
    2 medium onions
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook slowly first 2 ingredients until vegetables are transparent.
    Add chicken broth.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Store in refrigerator until needed.
    Heat and serve hot.
