Baked Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard cooked eggs
3 Tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and mash.
Combine yolks, sour cream, mustard and salt.
Mix well.
Refill egg whites.
Saute green pepper and onions in butter for 5 minutes.
Stir in pimento, soup and sour cream.
Pour sour cream mixture in baking dish.
Place deviled eggs on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
