Hawaiian Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large carrots
    3 large celery
    1 1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 garlic cloves
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 lb. hamburger
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in a large skillet; add onion and 1 cube of garlic while meat is browning.
    When brown, add 1 cup soy sauce; let simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add carrots, celery, garlic and 1/2 cup soy sauce.
    Cook until almost done but still have a little crunch. Serve 2 cups cooked rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
