Ham-Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. light cream
    2 c. diced cooked potatoes
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cubed cooked ham
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/4 c. diced onion
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes.
