Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (4 oz.) cans whole chiles
1 1/2 c. cheese (Jack or Cheddar)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 beaten eggs
dash of hot sauce
Preparation
-
Beat well and pour over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, uncovered.
Heat salsa sauce to serve on top.
