Creamy Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 to 2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. dried whole dill weed
6 oz. fresh lump crabmeat, drained
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Stir in crabmeat.
Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
Serve with Melba rounds or fresh raw vegetables.
Yield:
1 1/2 cups (about 19 calories per tablespoon).
