Chicken Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 4-lb. chicken
    4 qt. cold water
    1 onion, chopped
    10 ears corn (sweet, white corn the best), cooked and cut off the ears
    2 cooked eggs
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Cook chicken slowly in water and add salt 30 minutes before straining broth. Remove chicken from bones. Add the remaining ingredients to strained broth and chicken, and cook until tender.
