Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. ground salt pork
    1 egg
    1/2 c. light cram
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 lb. lean ground pork
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. light cream
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 c. water
    1 beef bouillon
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix meats, crumbs, egg, cream, marjoram, basil, salt, onion and pepper.
    Shape into balls the size of walnuts; brown in skillet.
    Place in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
