Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pat butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar, butter, cinnamon and cornstarch.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Fold in can of crushed pineapple, including juice.
    Pour into a greased ovenproof bowl. Bake at 325\u00b0 until you have a custard like consistency
    (at least 1 hour).
