Pineapple-Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 can mandarin oranges
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add cold water and lemon juice.
Add this to softened cream cheese and blend until smooth. Chill until almost firm.
Add drained pineapple, oranges and marshmallows.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill.
