Green Chili Rice(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant or 1 c. regular rice
    1/2 lb. cubed cheese (sharp is best)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can green chilies
Preparation
    Cook and cool rice.
    Mix sour cream with cooked rice.
    Spread half of the mixture in buttered casserole.
    Spread cubed cheese and chilies on rice.
    Cover with remaining sour cream/rice mixture. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
