Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Cook, peel and cube sweet potatoes.
    Combine first five ingredients.
    Stir in mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
