Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers (about 38)
1/4 c. oleo or butter, softened
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain. Combine with cheese, celery, onion, mayonnaise and pepper.
Turn mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine crackers and oleo.
Sprinkle crackers over vegetable mixture.
Bake uncovered in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
