Easy Yeast Rolls(Muffins; Bake In Muffin Pan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Beat egg, mix
    in sugar and melted (not hot) margarine. Add flour.
    Stir
    the yeast and water.\tPour into other ingredients and mix with
    a
    spoon.
    Butter muffin pan with quite a bit of butter and\tfill
    3/4
    full with dough.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes\tor as brown as you like.
    Store remaining dough in covered
    bowl
    in
    refrigerator.
    This will stay good for about a week in the refrigerator.
    Will make 24 rolls.
