Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash, sliced, cooked until tender and drained
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 cup crackers; sprinkle reserved crackers over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, uncovered.
    Makes 2 (1 quart) casseroles or 1 large casserole.
