Peanut Butter And Jelly Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    3 to 4 mashed bananas
    1 1/2 c. peanut butter (chunky is best)
    2/3 c. softened butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. strawberry preserves
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients except preserves. Beat at medium speed until well mixed.
    Spray muffin tins with Pam and fill each halfway with mixture.
    Place 1/2 teaspoon preserves in center and cover with more batter.
    Bake about 30 minutes.
