Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices cubed day old bread
1 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Trim crusts and cube bread.
Soak bread in milk.
Beat eggs and add to bread mixture.
Add sugar and vanilla and blend well. Pour into buttered baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 to 55 minutes or until lightly browned.
