Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. maple syrup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook carrots in water until almost tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until glazed.
    Serves 4.
