Broiled Teriyaki Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 (1-inch) thick, boneless pork chops
Preparation
    Combine all except chops.
    Marinate chops in mixture in refrigerator, 1 to 2 hours.
    Remove; keep marinade.
    Place chops on broiler rack.
    Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Brush with marinade.
    Turn once.
    You'll know they're perfectly cooked when a meat thermometer inserted registers 160\u00b0.
