Creamy Corn And Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium zucchini, sliced
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 can cream-style corn
2 Tbsp. diced pimento (optional)
salt and pepper

Preparation

Saute zucchini and onion in oleo until zucchini is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through.
