Oysters Rockefeller - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. oysters
several Tbsp. butter
several chopped cloves garlic
2 chopped stalks shallots
1 (16 oz.) can spinach or 1 box thawed frozen spinach
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
black pepper to taste
several Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Wash and open the oysters; set aside oysters in shell (discard top shell).
Saute in the butter the garlic cloves and shallots. Add the spinach, bread crumbs, black pepper, Parmesan cheese and Tabasco sauce to frying pan.
Mix together; saute for several minute.
Stuff cooled mixture onto each oyster in the shell.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
