Miracle Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients with fork or pastry cutter until coarse texture.
    In a separate bowl, beat the egg and remaining ingredients.
    Combine 2 mixtures, stirring with fork until all ingredients are moistened.
    Mold dough into 3 or 4 balls.
    Roll between 2 sheets of wax paper.
    I roll these and put in pie pans and freeze to use as needed.
