4 Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can green beans (straight cut)
    1 (16 oz.) can yellow wax beans
    1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, washed and drained
    1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans
    1 large green pepper, cut in small pieces
    1 large onion (preferably purple) cut in fine pieces
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the sugar, salad oil, vinegar and salt in a jar and when well mixed pour over the beans, pepper and onions which were combined in a large bowl.
    Marinate overnight, stirring occasionally.
