Grandma'S Funeral Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 head lettuce
    1 small head cauliflower, chopped into florets
    3 to 4 celery sticks, chopped
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 carrot, shredded
Preparation
    Layer in a large bowl:
    lettuce, celery, onion, cauliflower, cucumber, tomatoes, pepper and carrot on top.
    Serve with salad dressing.
