Ingredients

1 c. plain, nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. finely snipped fresh mint or 1/2 tsp. dried
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
dash of white pepper
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
Preparation

Combine dressing ingredients and chill.
Stir with cucumbers just before serving.
