Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. processed cheese spread
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in 4 tablespoons oleo until soft.
    Stir in flour and water.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
    Blend in cheese.
    Combine sauce and broccoli; add eggs.
    Mix gently until blended; turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover with cracker crumbs.
    Dot with remaining oleo.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
