Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/4 lb. ground beef
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, sliced or shredded
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute beef and onion in butter until onion is tender.
    Blend in flour, salt, pepper, milk, eggs and sauce.
    Add 1 cup of Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into pie shell; sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 or 25 minutes.
    Allow to cool 20 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
